Taxes and Fees
The customer is responsible for all customs fees and duties, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed prior to delivery. If a customer refuses to accept a package due to taxes and duties, and the package is returned to Octagonluo, the customer will still be responsible for 25% of the original order cost, not to exceed $150.

Returns
We want you to enjoy your octagonluo products. Therefore, if you feel that any product is not right for you, we will of course accept returns.
Clothing: Clothing must be completely unused and in its original packaging to be returned. Garments will not be accepted or eligible for return if they show signs of wear or are not in their original packaging.
All products discounted 50% or more are final sa.
Returns may take up to 14 days to process after they are received.
Refunds:
If you qualify for a refund, it may take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank provider. Most customers take about 15 days to see a refund.
Store Credit
If you qualify for store credit on your return, you will automatically receive a gift card via email when your return is marked as “in transit” by the postal carrier.
Exchanges:
If you qualify for an exchange, your new exchange order will be processed after your return is marked as “in transit” by the postal carrier. Any exchange incentives are non-transferable. Incentives apply only to that exchange.
Instant Exchanges:
If you choose an instant exchange, you agree to pay the full cost of the return if the postal carrier does not mark your return as “in transit” within 3 days of initiating your return.
More information about Instant Exchanges: Customers who receive Instant Exchanges enter their credit card information to create an exchange order instantly. We will place a $1 hold on the customer’s credit card for credit card information. Once the product is shipped back to octagonluo, we will immediately release the hold. Any customer who does not return the exchanged product within 14 days of initiating the return will be charged the cost of the new product.
